Lethargic IITian
Musings of a 20-something lethargic IITian on India and Catholicism.

The wonders of Yahoo! Chat. Visited the Catholic chatrooms today. Besides a couple of Muslim gatecrashers who kept reminding us we were doing the work of the devil, had some really nice experiences. Met a couple of seminarians, Catholics from all over the world, people who needed help with prayer, faith and life etc. Truly an experience worth having!

Anyway, one of the discussions I had with a seminarian named Kelley Lackey moved into theodicy. But I'm not going into theodicy right now - the interesting question that came up was - Was there suffering before the Fall of Adam and Eve? For example, did God create Eve because Adam was lonely? Did Eve feel a vague uneasiness due to her curiosity of what would happen if she ate the fruit?
