Watching the European Champions League final between Real Madrid and Bayer Leverkeusen was a thrilling experience. For one thing, the match was shown in our Lecture Theatre aka LT (oops! that should now be the "P C Saxena Auditorium") on LCD projector. The atmosphere was simply electric! Real won 2-1 but Bayer put up a hell of a fight - and the audience was with them all the way. Makes me wonder - why do teams I support always lose?
