Somehow, the state of Kerala's coffers today remind me of India in 1990 - just before Manmohan Singh announced the liberalisation policy that changed the face of India. Now it's A.K. Anthony's turn to announce reforms (including harsh austerity measures) to rejuvenate the stagnant Keralite economy and bankrupt treasury. All the best A.K.!
